Depending on the resources it has, the Foundation aims to:
- Carrying out studies to prevent human rights violations,
- Developing legal methods of fight against human rights violations,
- Investigating the activities of law enforcement in the context of human rights,
- Carrying out preventive and deterrent practices on torture and ill-treatment,
- Producing or sharing publications such as reports, bulletins, articles and books on human rights violations,
- Producing solutions by conducting research on the victimization experienced by those who have had to migrate or seek asylum as a result of the violation of their human rights,
- In line with the EU acquis, producing project-based joint studies with institutions and organizations operating in the fields of human rights, freedoms, and justice,
- Supporting people who are victims and helpless due to their fundamental rights and freedoms being violated and restricted by unlawful practices, and announcing their victimizations,
- Guiding victims on international human rights mechanisms,
- Providing support to victims of migration or asylum as a result of human rights violations to regain their violated rights,
- Communicating with people, institutions and organizations working in the fields of human rights and justice for a more just and human rights-based society.
