Two separate open-air meetings (picnics) were held in Amsterdam (May 2) and Hoofddorp (May 3) to provide social, cultural and psychological support to victims’ families on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. Necessary arrangements have been made for the participation of children and young people in these activities. Approximately 80 people, mostly children and youth, participated in these activities. During this gathering, sports activities were carried out in open areas, especially by children and young people, and in order to keep the holiday tradition alive, families of victims came together to share their feelings and emotions. Participants stated that carrying out these regional activities in other cities is a great moral support for the victims.
