The IND residence permit interview is one of the most crucial steps in the integration process. Therefore, it is essential that those who will attend the interview understand the process in advance and prepare properly.
In this context, Stichting Justice and Human Rights has organized an informational meeting for asylum seekers who will participate in the IND residence permit interview.
During the meeting, the legal foundations of asylum procedures under international law and the legal responsibilities and obligations of asylum seekers during the interview process were discussed.
Additionally, the session covered the initial steps that asylum seekers can take towards integration while staying in refugee camps.
It is hoped that this presentation will contribute to the better integration of participants into Dutch society.
